For the purposes of this Privacy Notice ("Notice"), the person responsible for the Personal Data has its address at Av. Santa Fe No. 94, Piso 8, Col. Zedec Santa Fe, C.P. 01210, Alcaldía Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City, Mexico.

VLL may use your Personal Data in accordance with the policies and procedures for the collection, use, disclosure, storage of such data and the purpose described in this Notice.

The personal data to which the person in charge has access will be used, as appropriate, to: (i) contact you; (ii) provide the legal services requested; (iii) create, upload and keep your profile updated in the database of the person in charge; (iv) make the corresponding payments and charges; and (v) comply with the purpose of the relationship that has given rise to the processing of personal data.

For the purposes established in the previous paragraph, VLL may require the following personal information: full name, address, date and place of birth, place of residence, gender, email, telephone, cell phone, institution where you carry out your studies, academic average, place where you work or have worked, account number or credit card, when necessary (the "Personal Data").

Security

VLL will take appropriate measures to protect Personal Data that are compatible with laws and regulations on data security and privacy, including by obliging service providers to use appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of Personal Data.

Data Integrity

VLL will take reasonable measures to ensure that the Personal Data processed is reliable for its intended use and is accurate and complete for the purposes described in this Notice.

Data Retention

VLL, its affiliated entities and third parties service providers will retain Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Amendments to Privacy Notice

This Notice may be amended to implement improvements and / or new security measures. Any amendment to it will be notified through the page http://vllbusiness.com. The amended Notice will take effect seven business days after its publication.

If you have any concerns or doubts about how VLL treats Personal Data or if you wish to access, rectify, delete, copy, limit the use or cancel the processing of Personal Data, please contact the Personal Data Protection administrator, by sending an email to contacto@vllbusiness.com or by calling +52 55 1253-4813, specifying your name, email address, telephone number and your request. The administrator will acknowledge receipt of your request the same day it was received. Once the administrator receives the corresponding request, it will be analyzed in accordance with the Law and the administrator will give the corresponding response no later than five business days after the day it was received.

Acceptance and Consent

I have read and expressly accept this Notice. I expressly understand and agree that VLL may obtain, use, store, transfer and disclose Personal Data about me as described in the Notice. I also acknowledge that, in accordance with applicable law, certain Personal Data may be obtained, used, transferred or disclosed without my consent and that VLL reserves the right to carry out such activity when appropriate, and that Personal Data may be transferred and disclosed to other entities both inside and outside the country in which I reside.
